Step 3 - Client Computer Capabilities

There are two test applications. Click on one at a time. When prompted you can either click on "open" or click on "save" and then find the file and execute it. The results should look like:

Step 4 - Miscellaneous Diagnostic Tools

	Log - Click on the link to download a logging utility that is used to identify some causes of client crashes. Chose "Save" and save the file to the desktop, then run it. It will create a file debug.log on the desktop. You will need to email this file back to support@howudodat.com
	CCDebug1 CCDebug2 CCDebug3- Click on the links and save the clients to the chatterbox folder. These programs will not run from the web page. Then browse "My Computer" go to the C: Drive and the Chatterbox folder and double click on ccdebug1, 2, 3. This is a severely crippled client to rule out incompatibilities with older versions of Windows.
